Cache tenant credentials

By caching tenant credentials when assuming roles in AWS lambdas, we reduce average API Gateway latency by around 50ms.

Bug Fixes

• Feed event count widget now shows all event types instead of truncating at 10
• Fixed minor bus in Timeline UI
• Static type-checking to prevent wrong types passed to aggregates
